Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Green Field Sports Arena, we strive to deliver a flexible and transparent booking experience. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and our cancellation and refund guidelines are outlined below.

event_repeat 2. Slot Rescheduling (Free of Charge)

Customers can reschedule their booking to any available future date/time directly from their account dashboard or by contacting support at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot start time, subject to slot availability.

cancel 3. Cancellation Terms & Eligibility

• Cancellations > 12 hours before slot: Eligible for a 100% full refund or credit note.
• Cancellations between 4 to 12 hours before slot: Eligible for a 50% refund or free slot reschedule credit.
• Cancellations < 4 hours before slot / No-Show: In case of last-minute cancellation or failure to arrive at the venue, advance deposits are non-refundable as the slot was reserved exclusively for you and withheld from other players.

thunderstorm 4. Inclement Weather & Facility Maintenance

In the rare event of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain/storm for outdoor turf) or unforeseen facility maintenance, you will be offered an immediate priority reschedule or a 100% full refund of all payments made.

account_balance 5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network standard timelines.
